Customer Engagement Manager

My client is a creative digital agency built on good relationships, who deliver exceptional communication solutions using innovative marketing technologies. They are looking to to hire a Customer Engagement Manager to work closely with their clients. The client are a small, family oriented digital agency that work in a open environment. They have an emphasis on personality and don't restrict employees to specific roles but value input and autonomy. Your role can be very much so defined by yourself. They have a strong focus on development and growth and work in a overall organisation of 35-40 people. They work with a variety of high profile clients and well known house hold names in Denmark on marketing projects you will be apart of.

Role requirements -
  • Analyse and develop reports on solutions performance and efficiency's and recommend effective improvements as both inputs to the strategy team and to customers on an on-going basis
  • Design integrated solutions based on customers business needs in close collaboration with technical and strategic teams. Implementation is performed by the companies front/back end resources.
  • Spar with creative teams to develop solutions to provide customers a better experience increasing business value
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to developers and campaign specialists
