Salesforce Account Manager, Lausanne (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for account management and business development for our medium and mid-sized business clients. As a business developer: You develop the customer portfolio:

You prospect new customers
You manage and organize pre-sales activities. You establish, develop and maintain the network with key Salesforce contacts

As Account Manager: You define a CRM road map and plan the activities of the account. You inspire customers with Salesforce best practices and your experiences in their industry. You develop a network with managers and key interlocutors to establish Salesforce as a privileged partner.
You manage expectations and make sure they are met: You are the trusted contact between the internal organization and the customer. You organize project launch meetings and conduct review or closing meetings. You collaborate with marketing to write customer case studies.
You follow the realization of the projects: You facilitate the prioritization of expectations and needs as well as decision-making. You manage potential escalations in sensitive situations both internally and externally. You promote communication with the project sponsor: High-level monitoring reports, milestones and key project information.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who has a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem. Have more than 5 years of experience in the sale of professional software solutions; ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem Individually contributed to success in a sales role in ESN Proven knowledge and experience of Salesforce (ideal) or CRM technologies Keeping a close eye on customer satisfaction Ability to work in the field, to animate demonstrations and to be proactive Excellent communication, presentation and synthesis skills Ability to learn quickly and know how to take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies Being open to the constantly changing needs of the new digital worldDo you recognize yourself in this offer?
