Role & Responsibilities
Building strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and peers of the same department.
Implement and influence the Salesforce architecture targets project engagement and requirements scoping
Create documentation supporting and ensuring processes and standards are adhered to
Collaborate with others to inaugurate business needs and requirements
Create and manage Data Metrics and KPI's to bolster business decisions, improve processes and increase efficiency
Support and assist others to advance their Salesforce skills, knowledge and processes by promoting and contributing to a knowledge-based sharing culture
Form and support the integration of Salesforce with other business platforms. This may require the appraisal of AppExchange packages or other software.
Control Salesforce User Admin tasks including: System Security, User Access, Role and Profile modifications, Creation of Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Dashboards, Reports, Validation Rules, Dashboards and Process Builder
Construct and manage scalable automations, workflows and processes in the system while maintaining increasing end user efficiency and data integrity
Testing implemented solutions
Distribution of developed solutions to the product
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in setting direction, mentoring and promoting technical discussions
Knowledge of application and operational security
Accomplished communication and collaboration skills with a delivery focused mentality
Experience with multiple Salesforce technologies: CPQ, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Strong analytical skills, an accurate understanding of how to gauge business needs and convert them into application and operational requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail with a desire to own and resolve challenges and issues which impact the Salesforce platform
Attention to the latest Salesforce technologies and trends
Experience with the systems delivery lifecycle: design, configuration, requirements gathering, integration
