Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

Location: Berkshire

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and be passionate about Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into user stories
- Use your expertise in Salesforce technologies like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design solutions that meet those needs
- Be a key player in stakeholder engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the Salesforce team
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the platform and advising on best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce solutions, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals
- Participate in the development of training materials and provide training to end-users as needed
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable and can accommodate future growth and changes in business requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce analysis, design, implementation, and support
- Experience with user stories, stakeholder engagement, and Salesforce technologies like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred
