Role & Responsibilities
  • Day to day case management
  • Documentation
  • Solution design
  • Implementation, testing, deployment and configuration
  • Stakeholder management
  • User set up, Data management, Process Automation, Flows

Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Exposure to coding (desired)
  • Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related
  • Einstein Analytics experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a client/stakeholder/customer facing role
