Salesforce Administrator Opportunity - Fully Remote - up to 55k!

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will be coordinating change initiatives, leading business analysis and solutions.
  • You will provide your technical expertise and contribute to delivery of Salesforce (through configuration and customization).
  • You will be responsible for maintaining best practice for design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
  • You will be providing training and presentations to business and IT.
  • You will lead Salesforce user groups as applicable.
  • You will be working closely with IT team to ensure success of system changes and projects.
  • You will take part in in department-wide meetings, initiatives and regular Salesforce user group meetings.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring platform usage and adoption, performing audits by users and objects to identify anomalies.
  • You will be responsible for providing warnings of potential breach of data allowance and you will be making recommendations on how to optimise usage of the database.
  • You will be analysing Salesforce release notes and highlighting areas of potential impact for SEL. You will make recommendations on how benefit from the newly released features.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out system enhancements, supporting with testing, documentation or user training.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Salesforce experience.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce use in similar industry or operational space or as part of large IT enterprise system.
  • Salesforce platform expertise with ideally three or more certifications and recognised IT.
  • Experience managing and delivering change for technical team.
  • Previous experience participating in multiple, complex projects.
  • Previous experience with Apex, Javascript, or similar languages, at minimum familiar with Developer console and debug logs is desirable.
