About the Company:

Our client, a growing Salesforce Consultancy has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator/BA to take the next step up in their career.



About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Gathering business requirements from various stakeholders
• Documentation of client-based requirements
• Providing training workshops
• Customisation and Configuration of the Salesforce platform
• User Acceptance Testing
• Drive best business practices for Salesforce implementations
• Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval
• Work with the customer on the transformation process as new systems are implemented
• Communicate with and build customer confidence, while maintaining a high-level of customer experience.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator/BA is essential
• Hands on experience working with some of these: Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds, also Pardot or Einstein Analytics
• Agile/Waterfall experience is ideal
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication, Presentation, and Documentation skills
• You are a Team Player
• Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations
• Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification - Minimum

You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role: Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship rights are a requirement.
