My client is looking for a Salesforce Admin to help clients with their B2B Marketing Automation. You are comfortable implementing and analyzing the client's Salesforce platform and assisting in driving processes/systems that solve issues and communicate them with confidence. You are also comfortable moving a strategy forward with confidence.
Responsibilities
Partner with client stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the system platform.
Maintain the client's system, including data hygiene, data transformation, and data enhancement projects.
Lead overall implementation and alignment of various system roadmaps with the broader vision and strategy.
Create and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and database management.
Drive vision for and support our technology stack and the integrations.
Bring a data-driven and iterative "test, refine, repeat" approach to operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2+ Years as Salesforce Administrator, including Lightning and Classic
Enterprise/Global Instance Experience.
Certified Salesforce Admin required.
Flow and workflow audits and best practices
Data integrity
Database management
Experience in business analytics and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional environment
Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Haves / preferred qualifications:
Experience with Marketo Configurations
Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with/passionate about industry best practices
Experience in B2B marketing
Experience with other automation platforms
Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
