B2B Commerce Cloud application manager

Job Description



Main tasks

• Technical support for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud(SFCC) application portfolio and the corresponding interfaces
• Generating comprehensive system documentation and designing test cases to ensure the effectiveness of the applications. Additionally, conducting training sessions for the end-users to enable them to operate the applications effectively.
• Analysis of high-level solution designs into detailed B2B SFCC technical design

Your Profile

• Two years of experience in architecting commerce applications with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce technical operation
• Experience in resolving technical problems related to commerce implementation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Swiss, EU, or other passport holders with active work authorization in Switzerland (B/C permit)
