Salesforce Architect, French or German speaker, Geneva/Zurich (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect with a strong technical background and expertise in solution design. As a Salesforce Architect in the pre-sales phase, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing effective Salesforce solutions, and presenting them to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements.

Design innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.

Create high-level solution architectures, including integration strategies and data models.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to estimate project efforts and define implementation strategies.

Develop and deliver comprehensive technical proposals, including project scope, timeline, and cost.

Engage in technical discussions with clients to address concerns, clarify requirements, and ensure solution feasibility.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Proven experience in pre-sales or solution design roles, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and design effective solutions.

Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
