Salesforce Developer

I am currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with 4 years of experience.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions that drive this business forward. You will work closely with other developers, stakeholders, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following top 5 skills:

Expertise in Salesforce Development: You should have a solid understanding of Salesforce's architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and be able to develop and deploy custom solutions that meet business needs.

Strong Technical Background: You should be proficient in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and have experience with database technologies like SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

Commercial Experience: You should have experience in the end user space and be versatile to unique business needs, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration: You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to identify complex problems, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
