London/ Remote

This end user is looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and can understand both their current setup and business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features and put forward proposal/solutions to appropriate stakeholders
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Some developmental requirements where appropriate, however, development will be outsourced to consultants on a project basis.
  • Responsible for ideas and innovation ensuring our CRM capability consistently gives us the edge
  • Ensure all Salesforce org documentation and processes are recorded and maintained sufficiently and in a central location
  • Working with existing integrated applications including DocuSign, Conga, Survey Hubspot, LeadFeeder, Unbounce, implementation of D&B Hoovers, creating actionable intelligence for all functions. and project manage the integration future applications (Monday.com, SAP, Success Tools etc)


Candidate Requirements:
  • Considerable experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Minimum Salesforce Administrator Certified ADM201 (required)
  • Proven experience of Salesforce CRM configuration (including the use of workflow, process builder, validation rules, reporting profiles and permissions)
  • Expert in developing lead scoring processes, and building conversion paths
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in both Classic and Lightning Salesforce environments
  • Service, Sales & Community Cloud experience essential
  • Data Analysis, complex reporting, data cleansing experience
  • System parity and data connections (source of truth and master record, etc.)
  • Salesforce Team Project Management (Monday.com) and Manage Relationship with Salesforce Consultant/agency.
  • Occasional travel to other offices for training purposes may be required


Desirable:
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification - ADM 211
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
  • Working knowledge of Apex and/or Visual force
  • Worked as a Senior Administrator previously
