Salesforce Business Analyst - Up to 70k - Hybrid based (UK wide)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the IT team and supporting Business Architecture Definition and Analysis.
• Gathering business requirements and managing traceability processes.
• Supporting and completing technical and non-technical user story writing.
• Facilitating requirements workshops with different stakeholder groups.
• Participating in backlog creation population and refinement activities.
• Aligning technological approaches with business and customer needs, identifying benefits and risk mitigation approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Understanding/ knowledge of Salesforce App Exchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data Management, Reports and Dashboards.
• Salesforce configuration background.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skill set.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Previous experience with Salesforce integrations.
