My client are a well-established end-user specialising in cyber security. They are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their growing Salesforce team.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions for later phases, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders and translating these into requirements definition documentation, including use cases, user stories and functional specifications
Play a prominent role in the transition from the project phase to business as usual, ensuring a seamless shift in support and change management
Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status
Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3 years' experience as a Salesforce business analyst
Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life-cycle, in a structured environment (both agile and waterfall).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
