One of the leading research provider is looking for their next Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their expanding Salesforce Team.
With Salesforce being one of the key technologies that the organisation leverages, this is an opportunity to lead the support of the ongoing expansion of Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud within the business.
Role & Responsibilities
Building strong working relationships with internal team members, external stakeholders, and departmental peers
Implement, contribute, and influence the target Salesforce architecture
Control Salesforce User Administration tasks including: User Access, System Security, Role and Profile modifications
Design and support the integration of Salesforce with other business platforms. This may require the evaluation of AppExchange packages or other 3rd party software
Create and manage scalable workflows, automations, and processes in the system while maintaining data integrity and increasing end user efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with multiple Salesforce technologies: Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud
Extensive experience in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, migration and deployment
In depth understanding of Salesforce data modelling
Experience working as a Salesforce administrator/developer on large scale deployments
Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud preferred
