Technical Architect

An award-winning Partner is looking for their next Technical Architect to join their dynamic and innovative team in Dubai.

The organisation is a highly-caffeinated playground where brilliant minds come together to change the marketing landscape through data driven insights. As part of the role you will be involved in the sale, design and delivery of technical projects across the broad spectrum.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for the technology department, client project teams, and the broader Dubai office
• Assume ownership and responsibility for the design, delivery and quality of technical solutions and platforms across multiple client project engagements involving presenting appropriate technology solutions and defining technology strategy roadmap and benefits in front of clients
• Establish close working relationship with Publicis and Digitas offshore delivery teams in India and across the network, to define delivery methodologies and processes, as well as facilitating clear communication between offshore and local delivery teams
• Complete accurate and thorough high-level technical designs and facilitates effective handover to the development team prior to the implementation phase of a project

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience across software development lifecycle from architecting solution designs, front-end development, application development (dev-ops, CI/CD), infrastructure & hosting, testing and quality assurance, deployment, through to application support
• Good knowledge of Marketing Automation suites (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, IBM Customer Experience, Marketo)
• Excellent Knowledge of core CRM products such as (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Dynamics 365)
• An excellent track record in leading technology teams and delivery with global client brands in multi-cultural, multi-agency and network teams
• Authentic leadership qualities when working within project or pitch teams
