A well-known and respected End User is looking for their next Lead Salesforce Developer to join and play a key role in analysing company processes, developing front and middle office workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.

You'll have the chance to work collaboratively with product owners and members of the wider team to deliver improvements that deliver measurable business value.


Role & Responsibilities

• With deep expertise and experience, lead Salesforce engineering activities
• Work collaboratively with architecture teams to translate requirements into designs, and use resources available to build the designs
• Manage and conduct CI/CD and DevOps related activities
• Demonstrate continuous leadership both in thought and behaviours
• Enable all team members to succeed by supporting where they need it most
• Actively seek out opportunities to leverage Salesforce, driving productivity gains, business value and work that moves the dial on established business metrics

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to develop functionality using the Salesforce Platform Languages: Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex, Visualforce and SOQL
• Extensive knowledge of configuring declarative tools such as process builder, flows, workflow rules and validation rules
• Knowledge using dev ops tools
• Use of tools such as Git (GitLab) and Jenkins for source control and continuous integration.
