Job Description

A well-established End User is on the look for their next Salesforce Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce enthusiast to expand their knowledge of Salesforce environments by working on different aspects of its administration.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Integrate, manage and analyze data and information about key industry and customers to help Support Dealer and Sales network with data on market, prospect lists, and sales statistics
  • Provide insight into customers' behavior and preferences at different stages of their relationship with the company
  • Analyze data to spot trends or assess the response to different campaigns and use their analytical skills to find correlations between different types of data

  • Create Reports/Dashboards & Lists in CRM for stakeholders to utilize to improve efficiency
  • Prepare monthly and Ad Hoc sales reports and statistics



Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or other CRM systems
  • Sales or Sales Support background would be a must
  • Experience of Project management and implementation / training rollouts
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Access, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
