Our client is looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to work as part of the applications enterprise team. Our client is seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with key stakeholders to understand their needs and capitalise on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform.
This role entails:
Recommending and suggesting features that meet the specific needs of the clients
Problem solving complex business challenges
Functional understanding of the Salesforce platform
Developing sales and service solutions
What skills are required:
Good experience of Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience covering one or more of the core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Community or Marketing clouds
Experience of working on large complex end user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end users
Certified to Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant/ Sales Cloud Consultant/ Community Cloud Consultant.
Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team that includes highly skilled Salesforce developers, change management consultants and testers
