We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Manager to work in the Automotive industry for a global brand. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to manage customer relationships and increase customer loyalty. You will work closely with various departments to analyse customer data, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and drive customer engagement across EMEA.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies.
- Create and manage customer loyalty programs.
- Analyse and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with CRM software and tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
