Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and seeking a skilled and motivated Conversion and Optimization Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing conversion rates across their organization's digital channels, ensuring that website and app visitors are effectively converted into subscribers/members.


As a Conversion and Optimization Manager, you will:
  • Analyze and Identify Opportunities: Conduct thorough analyses of user behavior and digital performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Devise and implement effective strategies to enhance user experience, streamline conversion funnels, and increase the conversion rates of website and app visitors into subscribers/members.
  • Website and App Optimisation Perform in depth data analysis of their digital channels to identify pain points, areas for improvement in user experience. Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to identify and implement testing plans.
  • A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify optimal designs, messaging, and user flows that drive higher conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimization strategies seamlessly and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of digital channels.
  • Stay Informed: Keep on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to conversion and optimization, and implement innovative approaches accordingly.

  • What Do I Need:
    • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field
    • Proven experience (4 + years) as a Conversion and Optimization Manager or similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms (Google, Adobe etc)
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in conversion and optimization.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong PM and Stakeholder management skills with no fear of taking risks to influence decision makers
    • Fluent in English
