The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role within a global IT team. Currently the team provides world class IT services to 1,600 users over 15 different offices across the globe.
Moving forward you will be instrumental in developing the Salesforce org and expanding the platforms functionality.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be involved in an Agile working environment developing an internal Force.com ecosystem from inception through to delivery with ongoing developments.
You will report directly to the lead developer. Working with management to oversee developments of stakeholder functionality requirements.
Manage and maintain configuration and technical design and coding standards to ensure that they follow Salesforce best practises
Assist in defining the architecture around any future system integration or expanding/improving upon existing
Understand how the existing Salesforce CRM software configuration and software developments have been undertaken including the CI tooling and use of.
Adopt the use of Jira and Confluence on a day to day basis
Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce Force.com platform changes
From time to time you may be asked to assist in providing guidance and support around the wider systems surrounding our core CRM platform and other systems as required
Occasional travel
Skills & Qualifications
Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer.
Expert knowledge around configuration, integration and customisation (Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Rest/Soap API, WSDL, Force.com)
Solid understanding and experience of implementing Lightning solutions.
SQL server technology knowledge is desirable
