Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst for a digital marketing agency located in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for analysing the data from email campaigns, analysing customer behaviour for clients through data and work closely with the email marketeers on the best strategy. You will have plenty of freedom to implement your own ideas and collaborate with the developers on new in-house tools.

The company has won multiple awards over the years on their digital marketing campaigns for customers and with over 200 employees looking to expand into further European markets. This is a pivotal role in the companies vision where you will focus on email campaigns in becoming more data-centric to help increase conversion rates.


Role & Responsibilities

• Participates in the execution of complex journey set up
• Provides expert technical support by solving issues with platform connection
• Improve the existing flows and create new flows
• Builds, develops, and maintains dashboarding and reports for customers
• Analyses and interprets reports and data to effectively position recommendations to increase user engagement

Skills & Qualifications

• Good working experience in one of the following tools: PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik Sense
• Working knowledge with SQL
• Strong knowledge relational databases
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
