Our client is a rapidly expanding Salesforce consulting partner seeking a Salesforce Administrator anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within the company.
About the Role: You will be responsible for:
Reporting to a manager based in New Zealand
This role can work remotely anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
This is a 12-month fixed-term-contract with future opportunities to continue with the company
Support 650+ users by monitoring and managing CRM support queues, which include user queries, page layouts, troubleshooting, pick-list changes, reporting, and dashboards.
Create and maintain their Salesforce core functionality, including the ability to work with standard objects (Service & Sales Cloud)
Monitor business user activity and keep management up to date on changes and trends.
Establish and sustain effective working relationships with global CRM partners.
Monitor SFDC implementation on-site and provide business users with mentoring, assistance, and guidance.
Skills & Experience Required:
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Lightning experience required
Intermediate to advanced Salesforce reporting and dash-boarding
Expertise in system implementation within a multi-divisional organisation
A proven track record of developing best practice information systems and the ability to learn new IS solutions
A strong project management foundation of knowledge
Demonstrated use of initiative to achieve results
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, communication, and presentation skills
