As the companies Salesforce Field Service Solutions Specialist you will be instrumental in this global organisation within the logistics centre's Salesforce Field Service role out. This is a truly global organisation and the role sits in the European IT Team, based in Amsterdam.
3+ years' experience within Salesforce core clouds
1+ years' working on the Salesforce FSL platform, or a comparable cloud based FSL platform.
Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment.
A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs.
Experience with the development life cycle (Business Process design, documentation, QA, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis).
What You Will Be Doing
Leading on the Salesforce Field Service roll out within an established IT Team alongside external FSL Partner.
Integration, configuration and analysis of the core Salesforce.com platform and its integration's within the wider business.
Participate in business solution design process for client to understand and define functional project requirements
Challenge both internal & external stakeholders on the FSL roll out's best practice.
Opportunity to take lead role in an exciting global roll out of Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Excellent salary of up to €80,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
