Project Manager - Field Service Lightning

Our client is a global utilities business with operations in over 15 countries and 1000 employees. As part of this global utilities organisations digital strategy, they are rolling out Field Service Lightning. This position with lead the development and implementation alongside the vendor and wider IT Team and stakeholders.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder management for all aspects of project
  • Manage the project budget, and all aspects of roll out, from initial implementation through to execution
  • Closely manage external vendors
  • Lead on test and acceptance for the project
  • Organise local teams on the roll out of the project globally


Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years Project management experience
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM/ERP technologies
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and locations
  • Availability to travel 35% of time on an international scale when roll out commences
  • Ideally experience within Field Service/and or Salesforce
