
Our client who are a well known charity are looking for a proven Salesforce Administrator to join their growing IT department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical administration of Salesforce and other integrated applications working in a team with other Salesforce Administrators.
- Triaging and managing incidents, management of user accounts, data migration/management and working with other internal teams.
- Performing and deploying configuration across the Salesforce platform, working with third party support providers where required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or demonstrable experience across the breadth of the application in a real-world environment
- Direct experience of Service Cloud, Non-profit Success Pack or Salesforce Shield would be highly relevant.
