Salesforce CRM Operations Manager - New York - $140,000 + 10% Bonus - Remote (1-2 days a month)

I'm actively sourcing for a Salesforce CRM Operations Manager that can demonstrate experience in determining and solving internal operational deficiencies within their Salesforce systems and working with all their client-facing teams in the organization. You will be working with a small, agile-focused team including members across internal support, development, and other management roles. The client is based out of New York City and offers a remote permanent position with an occasional 1-2 days per month on-site requirement with around a $140K salary with competitive benefits. This client is looking for a candidate who is wanting to grow and take on challenges, and take a leadership position to help their Salesforce adoption.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Determine the best solution to create operational efficiencies across teams in the organization
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders over a multitude of roles and occasionally present new features to the teams
  • Work with stakeholders to define user stories and process flow enhancements for each team
  • Build and configure features and customization within Salesforce to meet internal stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to test and UAT projects to ensure proper release and adoption
  • Create clear and intuitive documentation to supplement releases
  • Keep up to date with new SFDC features and releases, in order to use all tools at our disposal and optimize builds
