IT Business Analyst - Fintech

As a Business Analyst with financial, Engineering and IT experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements, including workflows, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
• Participate in the development and testing of IT systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable and efficient.
• Monitor system performance and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to financial analysis and IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial analysis, Engineering and IT systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and systems, and translating them into clear and concise requirements.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, and software development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• French and or Dutch fluency and English required
