Job Description

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our clients hungry and collaborative team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual who can provide technical and functional Salesforce expertise and guidance to their clients and team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that meet client business needs all whilst building a brand and progressing your career further within the company! Role & Responsibilities

Analyse and understand business requirements and develop solutions using Salesforce CRM
Provide technical expertise to customers and support them in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Analyze, design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions such as Sales, Service, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning
Provide guidance and training to junior team members, as well as collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems and platforms
Lead requirement gathering workshops with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for optimizing those processes with Salesforce solutions
