Senior DevOps Engineer (Python and Azure), Oslo, Norway.

Salary Range: Up to 950.000NOK

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the development environment
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation, deployment, and monitoring processes
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines
• Solve complex problems end-to-end and contribute to team discussions on technical solutions
• Conduct 1-to-1s, mentor junior team members, and actively participate in customer-facing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-moving development environment.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Boards, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
