CRM Manager

CRM Manager- Up to £60,000- Hybrid/London



This role will report directly into the Head of CRM and sit within the wider marketing team. You'll work on defining and optimising their mutli-channel CRM strategy.



Responsibilities:
  • Creating automated multi-channel customer journeys
  • Using data and insights to optimise our customer comms
  • Developing test plans that are structured and drive statistically significant results
  • Working with product & engineering to unlock growth areas and support with key business initiatives
  • Liaising with product marketing to create launch campaigns
  • Defining clear roadmaps for each quarter to deliver business objectives




Requirements:

  • Proven and recurring success in a CRM role
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end customer journeys
  • Experience using Braze or a similar ESP (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable)
  • Very data driven and analytical
  • Previous experience working for a consumer brand
  • Comfortable with HTML
  • Experience in defining roadmaps
