Salesforce ERP Customer Support Specialist - FULLY REMOTE/ NO TRAVEL - 100,000K USD, ALL TIMEZONES

This position will allow you to work within a rapidly growing company. You will have the ability to work with some unique cloud based systems and software on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and develop solutions related to software
  • Provide expertise to resolve issues quickly
  • Understanding of work order system, processes, and logistics

Job Requirements:
  • 2 Years of minimum Salesforce related experience
  • 1 Year minimum of help desk experience
  • ERP Implementation experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce certifications

  • Standard 2 Weeks PTO
