Salesforce Functional Consultant

SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - FULLY REMOTE (UK BASED) - £60,000



I am working with a Client who are a household name in the Health sector who are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their growing Salesforce practise.

This client are looking to bring on multiple hires this year as they look to grow their Salesforce team into a centre of excellence. You will be supported in your pursuit of certifications and personal career growth.

You will get exposure to the latest technologies as well and join a team with a great culture of bouncing ideas off of each other and a very collaborative nature.




Role & Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business partners and understand our internal customer's challenges
• Be a proactive point of contact for all internal stakeholders
• Creation of high-quality user stories which accurately reflect customer requirements.
• Supports one or more delivery teams.
• Support the Salesforce Admin team in the assessment of the impact of SFDC maintenance releases on the current implementation
• Attain and maintain Salesforce.com certifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of working with people outside of engineering or who are new to engineering approaches.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills covering colleagues, partners / vendors and project sponsors.
• To have recognised expertise in engineering flexible and scalable solutions on a multi-tenant platform.
• Good knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
