About the Company:

End user client looking for a Salesforce Administrator for their Brisbane office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within the business. Suited to an individual who is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (CRT-101) or studying towards.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:
  • Analysing requests and proposing Salesforce solutions
  • Delivery of on-boarding, ongoing and adhoc training of staff across the organisation
  • Working closely with the project team on key projects
  • Configuration of the Salesforce platform, coordinating user acceptance testing and QA
  • Supporting the end user on-boarding process to drive product adoption
  • Timely communication regarding any issues of concern to the CFO and implementation of risk mitigation strategies as required
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in a Not-for-Profit environment
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of different audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration
  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to travel interstate to other office locations as required
  • Ability to meet deadlines

As part of your induction process you will be required to undertake the following:
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Vulnerable Persons Check
