About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Act as the Salesforce trusted advisor and a subject matter expert for all internal and external users.
• Perform Salesforce user training, create and maintain training documentation.
• Support a diverse range of business process and reporting needs across the organisation.
• Present relevant information and communicate effectively to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Research and implement best practices on how to grow the Salesforce practice in terms of revenue, team members, methodology and customer success.
• Responsible for overall project management goals and successes for implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Engage with all levels of internal clients, providing recommendations and proactive best practices advice in all project management cycle.
• Responsible in developing solutions and design for system enhancements and resolve any project related issues.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Have lead and managed projects end to end successfully
• Excellent communication, Relationship Building and stakeholder management skills
• Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations
• Previous Leadership and Mentorship Experience
• CRM or Salesforce experience
• Agile Methodology is highly desirable
