Role & Responsibilities
Creating Flows, dashboards and reporting functionality
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues
Timely resolution of raised tickets
Providing fast and accurate correlation of data
Working on Ad-hoc requirements requested by higher management
Skills & Qualifications
1 year Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Salesforce Administrator certification
A real thirst for Knowledge and a drive to improve your skill set
