Salesforce Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to join my Client in Stockholm! The right candidate will have proven previous hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications in Salesforce Lightning environment.



The responsibilities:



Non-technical assistance with the formation of sales proposals



Coordinating queries between the Sales and Technical teams regarding proposals



Production of bespoke reports regarding forecast / delivered work and any general account information as and when requested by the sales team



Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks



Prepare for upgrades and conduct regular internal system audits





Successful candidates must be:



Experienced working in a sales administration role with salesforce



Analytical with strong excel skills



Methodical, process-driven approach



Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously



An exceptional communicator with attention to detail



Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively



Self-motivated with drive and ambition
