Responsibilities of the Application Consultant:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics CRM modules to meet client specifications.
• Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of CRM solutions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on CRM best practices and industry trends.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements of the Application Consultant:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Application Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, and third-party integration with Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into CRM requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230) would be a plus.
