Sales and Marketing Operations Executive - Hertfordshire/remote - up to £45,000 with bonus
As the Sales and Marketing Operations Executive, you will have responsibility to drive an develop how Pardot is being utilised across multiple . The company are looking for someone to take ownership of the automation system, drive adoption of the platform and ensure the best optimisation between Pardot and Salesforce. You will play a pivotal role in driving the capabilities of Pardot and Salesforce across the organisation - where you will also work with the dedicated consultancy to implement the platforms. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also capitalise on your strong experience using engagement studio to drive lead nurturing campaigns and build effective lead scoring/grading processes.
Marketing Automation experience and building out automated campaigns (Pardot).
Use of Salesforce CRM for user administratrion and reporting
Engagement studio to track lead nurturing
Landing page and form creation
Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting.
