Marketing Analyst (Salesforce and Marketing Automation) - London/remote - up to £65,000
Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring marketing principles are optimised and enabled across this growing international organisation. The company are seeing a huge amount of growth, and are looking to harness their data and insights to continue their expansion with marketing being at the heart of this continued expansion.
As the Marketing Analytics Manager you will work closely with revenue operations, sales and marketing to ensure alignment and optimisation is being achieved through the use of data and analytical insight. You will you work closely with these teams on a daily basis to to hit goals and objectives, and will also build out reports and dashboards using Salesforce to provide insight to the senior leadership team, working with them to understand current performance and how it can be developed and improved. You will also partner with the lead generation and tableau teams to have an accurate view of marketing performance towards weekly and monthly targets, so an understanding around this will be key to ensuring teams are working collaboratively to achieve ROI and KPI's set.
- Strong analytical skill set - working with large data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Reporting and dashboard experience in Salesforce (understanding of Tableau also desirable).
- Working with multiple teams (sales, digital, marketing) to improve and develop the use of data to hit goals and objectives
- Understanding of a Marketing Automation tool, e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua.
- Owning marketing operations from a data standpoint
- Working with senior stakeholders and providing regular reports into c-suite stakeholders
