Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (Pardot) - London - up to £60,000

As the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be driving the innovation and be a crucial member of the marketing team as you drive new projects across the UK and Europe. You will be taking ownership of campaigns that are sent out to multiple regions, giving you the exposure to work across a range of projects, increasing your skill set and knowledge as you build out complex customer journeys with your team.

From day one, you will be guiding and supporting the team as you produce effective campaigns across a range of touch points, utilising the capabilities of Pardot. You will use your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, ensure best practice is followed across your campaigns, and also setting up lead nurturing and scoring to ensure you are targeting and prioritising the best opportunities within the market. You will also enhance the visibility of data between Pardot and Salesforce to scope out the best opportunities, and continuously improve ROI on campaigns that are run.

Key skills:
  • Marketing Automation experience is essential in a B2B setting (Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo).
  • Stakeholder Management skills and working with third parties
  • Knowledge of Slaesforce and integrating data with Pardot
  • Lead nurturing and Lead scoring
  • Team management to drive campaigns and best practice across the department
  • Strong Salesforce and Pardot analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
  • Hands-on execution
