Job Description

The lead Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in the companies group-wide Salesforce capability. Their goal is to develop a single view of all customer interaction across multiple businesses and improve on the user experience

Role & Responsibilities
  • Line managing SF Admins and Quality engineers
  • Reporting, dashboard creation and maintenance
  • User assistance, training, adoption and satisfaction
  • Data quality, migration and maintenance
  • extending and maintaining system security and integrity
  • Creating and managing changes to the system.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous Salesforce Administration experience
  • SFDC knowledge that extends to AppExchange
  • Good reporting background
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A good people leader
