We are looking for an innovative, creative Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a business-critical department and is the main customer-facing side of our technology.

Collaborate with administrators, QA, product, and engineering teams to define the best solutions for Salesforce and assist with technical design.
Build and configure custom solutions using native Salesforce and custom technologies.
Work with Engineering teams and the Salesforce Developers to build and maintain integrations with external systems.
You will utilise your design and development experience in Salesforce to implement custom solutions and influence the future direction and roadmap.
You will also work closely with the Operations Systems & Change Manager to define the roadmap and manage the technical backlog, as well as working directly with business stakeholders to help lead projects and facilitate business process analysis workshops.
You will take a leading role in helping advance and support our Salesforce practices, alongside managing our environments and release process, including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environments comparisons and version control.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
At least 4 years of hands-on administrator experience in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, owning and managing the whole platform
customisation functionality - Declarative & Custom Built
Solid Architecture experience
Experience mentoring and team-leading
Strong experience understanding business needs
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Knowledge of 3rd party integrations
Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems with our Salesforce platform
