The Company

Our client is a mortgage provider focused on providing customers with a seamless digital experience.

The role

We are looking for an innovative, creative Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a business-critical department and is the main customer-facing side of our technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with administrators, QA, product, and engineering teams to define the best solutions for Salesforce and assist with technical design.
  • Build and configure custom solutions using native Salesforce and custom technologies.
  • Work with Engineering teams and the Salesforce Developers to build and maintain integrations with external systems.
  • You will utilise your design and development experience in Salesforce to implement custom solutions and influence the future direction and roadmap.
  • You will also work closely with the Operations Systems & Change Manager to define the roadmap and manage the technical backlog, as well as working directly with business stakeholders to help lead projects and facilitate business process analysis workshops.
  • You will take a leading role in helping advance and support our Salesforce practices, alongside managing our environments and release process, including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environments comparisons and version control.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Required
    • At least 4 years of hands-on administrator experience in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, owning and managing the whole platform
    • customisation functionality - Declarative & Custom Built
    • Solid Architecture experience
    • Experience mentoring and team-leading
    • Strong experience understanding business needs
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Knowledge of 3rd party integrations
    • Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems with our Salesforce platform
    • Building custom apps (containing custom objects, records, flows, fields, validation rules, etc.)
    • Managing Users and Security Profiles, Roles and Permission Sets
    • Working with third parties e.g. internal and/or external APIs
    • Keeping up to date with Salesforce developments, new functionality and releases
  • Nice to have
    • Holder of "Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)" and "Certified Salesforce Platform Builder" certification
    • Experience with lightning components
    • Experience with Conga and DocuSign
    • Some experience in Salesforce Development
    • Set up of (and maintaining) Salesforce Communities
