My client in the education sector is looking for a Business analyst. The client is a global company that has a huge outreach, with clear progression routes. The business analyst will be supporting the product manager and will aid the team to deliver solutions that will optimise performance and the family experience throughout the admissions journey using the global CRM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support to CRM project manager, data analyst and development team to ensure all tasks are done to roll out to a school.
- Support the execution of CRM rollout for mergers and acquisitions, as needed
- Capture enhancement requirements from the support cases and create a user story that can be added to the CRM backlog
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience gathering requirements in an agile set-up
- Good communication skills
- 10% performance/ company-based bonus
