Salesforce Tech Lead/ Technical Architect

Job Description

My client is looking for someone with significant development experience who is just as comfortable coding as they are architecting. You will come in and do some hands-on coding work while helping build out a team to oversee and then move more to the managerial side of things - client-facing, solutions design, and code review.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs and determines how to solve them with software, hardware, and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain a detailed roadmap outlining short, medium, and long term initiatives
• Evaluate current systems and processes while looking for improvement opportunities
• Accurately plan and budget new initiatives while establishing milestones and measures of success

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of business principles, specifically eCommerce
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
• Experienced manager with strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Force.com
• Order Management Systems
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Integration layers (ex. Celigo)
• Data platforms (ex. Snowflake)
• BI Tools (ex. Domo)
• Business management tools (ex. Netsuite)
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
