SFMC Developer - Enterprise Financial Org - Oslo

We are searching for a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Architect to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain data models, campaign workflows, automations, and custom objects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology and provide recommendations for improvements to existing solutions
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure solution integration with other systems and data sources
• Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and techniques

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, such as automations, journeys, and data extensions
• Experience in designing and implementing complex data models and campaign workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong coding skills in AMPscript and SQL
• Experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
