We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to take on the role of Salesforce Administrator.
We're actively seeking a dynamic team player to step into the shoes of Salesforce Administrator. As a key contributor, you'll handle support ticket resolution alongside two other Administrators. Your responsibilities include co-managing our CRM application, prioritising data integrity, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance our Sales and Customer support efforts.

Requirements for Success:
- Prioritise support ticket resolution for user satisfaction and seamless Salesforce operations.
- Co-manage our CRM application (Salesforce) and its data to optimise cross-functional collaboration and sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and crafting effective solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or significant Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but practical experience is highly valued. We encourage continuous learning.
- Proficiency in user and license management, covering new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Skills in Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
