• Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• User Base: Over 4000 users.
• Business Areas: Multiple domains within the organisation are starting to onboard Salesforce.
• Complexity: The business setup is complex, requiring expertise in working across various domains and establishing a uniform way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our client's teams to understand business requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions, leveraging Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• Drive integration efforts and ensure seamless data flow across multiple business areas.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Streamline and standardise processes, establishing a uniform way of working across diverse business domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, delivering complex projects in enterprise environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce customisation, configuration, and integration, including data migration and APIs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that align with business objectives.
