As a Functional Analyst, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the Salesforce platform meets our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, functional analysis and technical analysis.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce to meet these specifications.
- Customise Salesforce using declarative features, such as workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver custom solutions when necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, ensuring quality and accuracy of Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimise Salesforce functionality.
